Encore Radio Broadcast: Fellow Travelers

Cincinnati’s classical public radio station, 90.9 WGUC, celebrates Cincinnati Opera’s 100th anniversary with a series of special encore performances every Saturday at 1:00 PM through July, bringing opera to fans all summer long. Tune in to 90.9 WGUC or wguc.org to listen!

A Cincinnati Opera world premiere! At the height of the McCarthy era, young Timothy Laughlin is eager to join the crusade against Communism. A chance encounter with a handsome, profligate State Department official, Hawkins Fuller, leads to Tim's first job in D.C., and his first love affair. Drawn into a maelstrom of deceit and intrigue, Tim struggles to reconcile his political convictions, his love for God, and his love for Fuller—an entanglement that will end in a stunning act of betrayal.
