Cincinnati Opera’s upcoming production of Strauss’s comic opera Ariadne auf Naxos sets the action in 1950s Cincinnati, complete with a colorful cast of characters inspired by recognizable figures. Join stage director Omer Ben Seadia at the Pinecroft, the gorgeous estate of famed Cincinnati entrepreneur Powel Crosley, Jr., for a preview of our brand-new production. Ms. Ben Seadia will be joined by Rusty McClure, grandson of Lewis M. Crosley and author of the biography Crosley: Two Brothers and a Business Empire That Transformed the Nation.
Self-guided tours of the house start at 5:30 p.m.
