Meet the creators behind the masterpieces. This summer, Cincinnati Opera presents two world premiere operas: William Menefield and Sheila Williams’s Fierce and Gregory Spears and Tracy K. Smith’s Castor and Patience. Evans Mirageas, The Harry T. Wilks Artistic Director, will lead a panel discussion with both operas’ creative teams, who will share the stories behind their new works, and the communities and partners who inspired them.
