Yes, but it’s quick and easy to register for a free account. When reserving your program, you’ll be prompted to log in. If you don’t have an existing account, simply select “Register” to create a new one. You’ll be asked to add some basic contact information and set your password. Please note: If you regularly receive emails from us, it’s possible you have an existing website account. Try logging in with that email address and selecting the “Forgot Password” link if needed.

+ What if I’ve forgotten my password?

If you need to reset your password, choose the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen. A message will be sent to the email address associated with your account with instructions for updating your password. + How do I watch my Winter Festival program?

Once you’ve reserved your program, you can watch it any time following its official premiere, either by clicking the link provided in your confirmation email or by logging in directly at cincinnatiopera.org. After clicking either link, you’ll be asked to log in to your account with the email and password you used to register. Once you’re logged in, select the “Access My Digital Content” button, then choose the program you reserved. The media player will launch in your browser window.

+ Are programs available immediately? How long are programs available?

Each Winter Festival program is available beginning on its official premiere date until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, March 21. Visit the Winter Festival page to verify the premiere date for each program.

+ How many times can I watch the program I reserved?

You can watch the digital program as many times as you’d like during the available dates.
